LEG DAY

If you only have 20-30min to complete a workout do the first two circuits.  If you have have 45min to 1 hour to workout complete all three circuits provided below!

If you do not have weights thats fine you can do just body weight or you can grab items around the house like laundry detergent, soup cans, books and use those. 

Be creative! 

If you experience any joint pain while completing any of these exercises please modify or eliminate that movement from your circuit.

Follow the directions for each circuit and refer to the video if you need!

Weighted Squats x 15

Front to Back Lunge x 10 each leg (front then back = 1)

Side Step Up and Over x 12 (over and back = 1)

Hip Thrusts x 15

Complete Circuit 3x's 

CIRCUIT 2

Weighted Sumo Squats x 15

Sumo Hold Calf Raise x 30 seconds

Kneeling Lunge to Kick x 10 each side

Staggered Stance Deadlift x 12 each side

Complete Circuit 3x's 

CIRCUIT 3

Banded balancing Abduct x 15 each side

Banded Side to Back Pump x 15 each leg (side then back = 1)

Banded Broad Jumps x 45 seconds

Banded Elevated Glute Bridge to Abduct x 15

Complete Circuit 3x's
