Spinach and Feta Egg Muffins
Pull 4 mini muffins out of freezer. Put on plate and in microwave for 30 second to a minute or until warm.

SNACK
Banana and Almonds
Ingredients:
1 Banana
1/4 C almonds

LUNCH
CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICH
Ingredients:
Bagel Thin
1 C Chicken Salad
Directions:
Toast bagel thin and spread chicken salad onto bagel.

SNACK
Cucumber and Hummus
Ingredients:
.5cup Cucumber
2tbsp Hummus

DINNER
TURKEY CHILI
Ingredients:
chopped avocado
shredded cheese
Directions:
Reheat bowl of leftover chili and top with avocado and shredded cheese.
