BREAKFAST

YOGURT PARFAIT

Ingredients:

1/2 C diced strawberries

1/2 C diced blackberries

1 C Nonfat Greek Yogurt

1/4 C granola

(you can use whatever fruit you want/have)

Directions:

Layer yogurt and fruits in a cup and then top with granola.

SNACK

Celery and Nut Butter

Ingredients:

2-3 Celery Stalks

1 Tbsp Almond or Cashew Butter

LUNCH

Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

1 thin bagel

1/2 avocado

2 grape tomatoes sliced

splash of lemon juice

Directions:

Toast bagel. Slice avocado and tomatoes. Place on top of bagel and squeeze lemon on top.

SNACK

Apple and Cheese Stick

Ingredients:

1 Medium Apple

1 cheese stick

DINNER

TURKEY CHILI

Ingredients:

12 oz Ground Turkey

1 can tomato paste

2 cups tomato juice 

3 cans chili beans

1 tbsp garlic

chili powder

onion powder

cumin

black pepper

smoked paprika

chopped avocado

shredded cheddar

optional: quinoa

Throw turkey, tomato juice and paste, beans, and a sprinkle of each of the spices in a crockpot. When it's cooked top with avocado and cheese. If you want more filling meal you can put the chili on top of quinoa.
