
BREAKFAST
YOGURT PARFAIT
Ingredients:
1/2 C diced strawberries
1/2 C diced blackberries
1 C Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/4 C granola
(you can use whatever fruit you want/have)
Directions:
Layer yogurt and fruits in a cup and then top with granola.

SNACK
Apple and Nut Butter
Ingredients:
1 Medium Apple
2 tbsp Nut Butter

LUNCH
CHICKEN SALAD
Ingredients:
Large Lettuce Leaf
1 C Chicken Salad
Directions:
Place chicken salad on leaf of lettuce and enjoy,

SNACK
CARROTS AND HARD BOILED EGG
Ingredients:
1/2 C Carrots
1 hard boiled egg

DINNER
SWEET POTATO NACHOS
Ingredients:
Sweet Potato
4 oz ground turkey
taco seasoning
chopped avocado
shredded cheese
olive oil
Directions:
Spray or drizzle olive oil on baking sheet. Thinly slice sweet potato and spread out in thin even layer on baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until desired crispiness is reached.
Cook ground turkey in skillet with taco seasoning until fully cooked and spread onto sweet potatoes. Top with cheese, salsa, avocado and whatever other vegetables you like.
