BREAKFAST
Egg Scramble Pita
Ingredients:
2 Whole Eggs
2 Egg Whites (1/4 cup)
1/4cup Cherry Tomatoes
2tbs Feta Cheese or non dairy crumble cheese
1 Whole Wheat Pita
Directions:
Toast the Pita.
Cook the eggs and egg white with salt and pepper. Cute the tomatoes in half and add them to the eggs mixing them together and scrambling the eggs.
Once cooked put inside both halves of the pita and top with the feta cheese
SNACK
Banana with Almond Butter
Ingredients:
1 Medium Banana
2tbsp Almond Butter
LUNCH
Cucumber Hummus Salad
Ingredients:
1 Head of Romain Lettuce
4oz Chicken Breast or Rotisserie Chicken
.5cup Diced Tomato
.5cup Cucumber
.25 Acocado
2tbsp Hummus
Directions:
Chop up the romain lettuce and put into bowl.
Cook chicken breast until done and no longer pink, cut up into chuncks. Add to the bowl with the lettuce. Then add diced tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and top with hummus.
SNACK
Hard Boiled Eggs
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
Directions:
Add the two eggs to boiling water and cook until hard about 5-10min.
Peel the shell off and enjoy
DINNER
Jalapeno Farm Burger with Sweat Potato Fries
Ingredients:
1 Whole Wheat Bun
1 Turkey Burger or 3oz Ground Turkey made into a burger
1 Egg
.25 cup jalapeno
1 Small Sweat Potato
1tsp EVOO
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees. Wash the sweat potato and slice into fries. Soak the fries in water for 5-10mins as the oven preheats. After they are done soaking place in bowl and add the extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake in over for 10min then flip them for another 5-10min.
If you have an air frier prepare the fries the same why then place them in the air frier for 8min shake them then another 8min or until they are to your liking.
Cook the turkey burger according to package or your meatless burger according to package. Place on bun.
Cook your eggs until the yoke is to your liking place that on top of the turkey burger. Top the eggs with your jalapenos. Add the Burger to your plate and place the cooked fries on your plate.
