After training at the same studio for a few months we began working out together. Our workouts quickly led to a creative process where we spent most of the time trying to figure out what crazy challenge to try next. It didn't take long for us to realize that this blossoming friendship and passion for fitness needed another collaborative outlet. I am a native of the wonderful state of Iowa where I received my degree in Athletic Training and Masters in Exercise Science. I moved to Nashville in 2010 and have been working as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 2013. I have a strong background in function fitness, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, and nutrition.

I have been a certified personal trainer for since 2007 and have moved to the Nashville area from Florida with my husband and 2 boys. I have spent my entire life in competitive sport including playing varsity rugby at the university level, winning a national championship while completing my degree in Human Kinetics. My education and career have given me the experience of working with elite athletes as well as individuals needing pre and post rehabilitation.
Sara is a native Nashvillian, dog mom & lover of all things fitness & health. Sara is an ACE certified personal trainer & certified health coach. She is also an occupational therapy assistant working with stroke & trauma patients. Sara has a huge passion for helping people become the best version of themselves & has found various avenues to fulfill this passion. She loves helping people to adopt habits in & out of the gym that will set them up for success & a sustainable healthy life. Sara believes that workouts should be challenging while also being fun & you should leave each session feeling accomplished & strong. She’ll always remind you that you are stronger than you think…because you are!

Born in Birmingham, Alabama, Sam grew up playing sports and music. He later moved to Boston for Berklee College of Music to pursue a degree in music. After graduating Cum Laude with a degree in guitar performance and songwriting he moved to Nashville to pursue music and fitness. Sam became a touring musician right when he landed in Nashville and was traveling for weeks at a time. While touring, he got NASM certified to be a personal trainer. He always lead workouts and helped out bandmates, and other touring members on the road, to feel better and get stronger. Sam is always learning and implementing new and exciting training techniques to his clients to keep their bodies and minds guessing. He believes fitness should make you feel strong, confident, and encourage you to push yourself to explore your full potential.
Alex recently moved to Nashville from New York City where she worked in fashion. She has always had a passion for fitness and often found herself leading workouts for her friends and coworkers. She is NASM certified and loves “sneaky” compound movements that work multiple muscle groups at once and will have your heart rate up in no time! Alex believes workouts should be fun, challenging, and leave you feeling better afterward. She thinks there is no better feeling than feeling STRONG!
Hailing from the great state of Indiana, I grew up playing basketball from the age of 2 days old and performing for 13 years in the Peru Amateur Circus. I am a NASM certified Personal Trainer, and as a middle-aged mom of 3, I have experienced the benefits that fitness has played through many stages of life....and I'm viewing the importance of fitness and aging through nearer lenses. I love teaming up with people to make fitness not only enjoyable and creative, but a sustainable part of their lifestyles. I love the job of helping someone either achieve peak performance or learn to complete a session for the first time in their lives...it's all movement in a positive direction!
